Sara Khoroosi, Music Facilitator
Sara is a Violinist, Music Workshop Leader, and an Alexander Technique Teacher. She performs regularly with the flamenco-jazz fusion band Clandestino and records with a number of contemporary composers. As a Professional Artist, she has a passion for Middle-Eastern music, Cuban rhythms, flamenco and jazz. Her work in the community involves using music to support vulnerable groups such as unaccompanied assylum seekers, refugees and children with disabilities.
She is in popular demand as an Alexander Technique Teacher, giving workshops throughout the year at various venues, including Ascot Suzuki Violin Summer Intensive, Brighton Festival, Rose Bruford University, The Actors Centre London; and has taught musicians from the Royal Academy and College of Music, London.
She currently teaches at DLD College London Music & Theatre Dept, and runs a busy private practise at the AT Centre, Covent Garden.
